Role Overview

This full-time position is for an enthusiastic Tennis Coach based in Abu Dhabi. The coach will be responsible for running one-to-one and group coaching sessions, supporting player progression, and helping maintain an encouraging, high-performance training culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct lively coaching sessions for both junior and adult players.
• Improve players’ technical, tactical, and physical performance through training.
• Track player development and offer clear, constructive guidance.
• Prepare athletes for matches, competitions, and tournaments.
• Ensure sessions are safe, welcoming, and motivating for all participants.
• Keep effective communication flowing with players, parents, and fellow staff members.

Requirements

• Hands-on tennis coaching background with experience training juniors and adults.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to handle groups and keep sessions engaging.
• Coaching certification such as ITF, PTR, USPTA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Prior experience as a competitive player or coach is considered an advantage.
• Experience coaching in the UAE is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
