Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh focuses on managing the full tender lifecycle for sports consulting, apparel manufacturing, and sports and corporate event management assignments. The specialist will search for suitable tender opportunities, study tender documents, coordinate with internal teams to collect technical and commercial inputs, and prepare proposals that are both compliant and competitive.

Key Duties

The role includes building tender schedules, ensuring all submission rules and deadlines are met, and keeping tender files and records accurate and up to date. Daily work also covers writing proposal content, handling clarification requests with clients, assisting pricing and procurement teams, tracking tender results, and reviewing feedback after submission. The position also contributes to improving tender templates, workflows, and tools to boost efficiency and improve win rates.

Qualifications and Experience
