Role overview
Kepak is seeking a temporary HR Support assistant to work alongside the HR and Learning & Development teams. The role is primarily administrative and offers a short-term chance to build experience in a busy, fast-moving HR environment.
Key duties
- Support the HR and Learning & Development teams with day-to-day administration.
- Scan, upload, and correctly file employee documents and records in SharePoint.
- Keep digital and paper employee files neat, organised, and aligned with company procedures.
- Help maintain document control so records remain current, accurate, and easy to retrieve.
- Assist with additional HR administration tasks as needed.
- Handle sensitive employee information carefully and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Duration and location note
This is a temporary assignment lasting up to 3 months. The factory site is not easily reached by public transport.
Requirements
Applicants should have strong organisation and attention to detail, along with solid basic IT ability and confidence using Microsoft Word. Good spoken and written English is needed, as well as the ability to manage both electronic and paper records. A dependable, proactive, and self-directed work style is important, and the candidate must be able to deal with confidential information discreetly.
