Role Overview

The Template Builder will be responsible for the creation and management of clinic scheduling templates, maintaining clinician rosters, and managing appointment availability at SSBZH. This position plays a critical role in ensuring precise scheduling, optimizing patient access, supporting operational workflow, and complying with healthcare policies and accreditation standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, effective communication with various stakeholders, and a dedication to enhancing the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and optimize clinic scheduling templates and provider rosters to facilitate patient access and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure provider schedules are configured accurately, finalized, and distributed within defined timeframes.
  • Implement authorized template builds and schedule modifications with high accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical teams, and operational leaders to maximize resource use and improve service delivery.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to patients, their families, and colleagues through professional and clear communication channels.
  • Maintain strict compliance with organizational policies, patient confidentiality regulations, and external accreditation criteria.
  • Track scheduling performance, identify areas for improvement, and support ongoing process enhancement efforts.
  • Meet or exceed agreed service levels, quality benchmarks, turnaround targets, and key performance indicators to uphold a positive patient care environment.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment involving appointment scheduling or equivalent roles in relevant industries.
  • Minimum of three years' experience working as a Contact Center Agent.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and hospital operations.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
