Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi for a telemarketing professional focused on equities. The role involves reaching out to prospects, developing qualified leads, converting them into active clients, and maintaining relationships with current customers through clear communication and attentive service. You will also handle inquiries, introduce services, and work closely with the sales team to support client satisfaction and business expansion.

Key Duties

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and work on generating new leads.
  • Engage qualified prospects and move them toward becoming active clients.
  • Contact existing clients to strengthen relationships and maintain regular communication.
  • Explain services clearly and respond to client questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support smooth client handling and growth targets.
  • Deliver dependable customer support while helping improve overall client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Background in lead generation and sales is required.
  • Strong customer service and customer support capabilities are expected.
  • Clear, effective communication and active listening are important.
  • Ability to connect with people and build trust-based client relationships.
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management is an added advantage.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and telemarketing tools is helpful.
  • A self-driven, target-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills is needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; sales or marketing certifications are a plus.
