We are hiring a motivated Telesales Executive to join a well-established commercial team in Avonmouth, Bristol. Working hours and location
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol, England, United Kingdom
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, either 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: £27,279 base pay with on-target earnings of approximately £32,735
What the role involves
- Making outbound calls at volume to create new business and convert interested leads.
- Managing incoming enquiries and turning them into successful sales.
- Nurturing a sales pipeline by following up on smaller opportunities in a structured way.
- Providing accurate information, transparent pricing, and a smooth customer journey.
- Maintaining the CRM system by recording calls, tracking prospects, and updating conversion activity.
- Identifying suitable upsell opportunities and suggesting additional services where appropriate.
What you need to succeed
- Clear and confident telephone communication, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- A strong sales mindset and the determination to achieve and surpass targets.
