Technology Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

Role overview

This contract opportunity is for an experienced technology recruiter to support a major expansion program for a global technology consulting and services business. You will work as part of a high-performing talent acquisition team and handle recruitment across a wide range of technology positions, including cloud, infrastructure, cyber security, data centre, software engineering, AI, and technical delivery.

The environment is busy and delivery-focused, making it a strong fit for someone who can work independently, manage several hiring needs at once, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process end to end, from initial briefing through to offer stage.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders across Australia.
• Identify, approach, and engage top technology talent.
• Create and nurture talent pools across several technical specialisms.
• Handle around 8 to 12 open vacancies at the same time.
• Ensure candidates and stakeholders receive a positive recruitment experience.

Candidate profile

• Demonstrated background recruiting technology professionals in the Australian market.
• Strong ability in sourcing and direct headhunting.
• Experience in agency, RPO, or in-house talent acquisition settings.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-driven approach with the confidence to work autonomously.
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
