Role overview
Grand Hyatt Singapore is hiring a Technician/Team Leader to carry out maintenance assignments and preventive upkeep on schedule. The role focuses on ensuring work is completed to a high finish standard and escalating any unusual conditions observed in safety-related equipment or installations.
Key duties
- Handle maintenance tasks and service requests promptly and in line with the planned schedule.
- Perform preventive maintenance work as required.
- Maintain a strong standard of workmanship and finishing quality.
- Identify and report any abnormal findings in safety-related equipment or installations.
Experience and qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field is preferred.
- Training or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Management, or Facility Management is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working as part of a team and taking ownership with limited supervision.
- Must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
