Role Overview

We are hiring a Technical Business Analyst, also referred to as a Solution Engineer, to convert business challenges into practical, working solutions quickly. In this position, you will partner with non-technical stakeholders to clarify needs, shape solution approaches, and build early-stage prototypes and applications using modern development platforms. The role suits someone who is strongly outcome-focused, enjoys solving complex problems, and can spot the difference between a fast prototype and a solution that is ready for production, then explain those production needs clearly to engineering teams. Performance in this role is judged by delivery speed, execution strength, and the ability to connect business priorities with technical implementation.

Experience Expectations

This is a senior-level role requiring 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 3+ years in Solution Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, Product Engineering, or a similar function.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with business stakeholders and non-technical leaders to understand problems and desired business outcomes. You will turn unclear requirements into concrete technical requirements and solution designs, ask the right questions to uncover workflows, constraints, integrations, and success criteria, and avoid depending on highly technical conversations to move forward.

You will also build working prototypes and business applications quickly using modern tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-assisted development approaches. In addition, you will assess the best combination of SaaS tools, custom software, and integrations needed to reach the required outcome efficiently.

Another key part of the job is identifying where a fast-built prototype falls short of production expectations, and clearly explaining requirements such as scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, testing, and monitoring to full stack engineering teams. You will collaborate with engineers to evolve prototypes into production-ready solutions, keep projects moving through ambiguity and changing requirements, and stay resourceful when faced with technical obstacles.

Technical and Functional Requirements

The role calls for strong problem-solving ability, independent thinking, and the confidence to find workable paths without waiting to be directed. You should be comfortable gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translating them into technical designs. Hands-on experience with application building, prototyping, workflow automation, or similar solution work is important, along with familiarity with modern development frameworks, low-code/no-code tools, and AI-assisted development platforms.

You should also understand web applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and SaaS ecosystems, and be able to evaluate technical trade-offs quickly to recommend practical solutions. A solid grasp of software architecture fundamentals and production system expectations is necessary, as is experience identifying why prototype or vibe-coded solutions fail in production and how to address those issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to work effectively with both business and technical teams, along with a delivery-oriented mindset that keeps momentum going under uncertainty.
