Role overview

This position is based on a client site in Perth and sits within a fast-moving team environment. The main focus is the accurate handling, sorting, and distribution of mail and courier items so they reach the right people on time. The role also involves a mix of customer contact, office support, and general administration.

Key duties

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier items each day.
  • Respond to and resolve customer questions by phone and email.
  • Look after office equipment, stationery, and other supplies.
  • Maintain databases and keep presentation records updated.
  • Arrange courier bookings and lodgements with different courier providers.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Be prepared for occasional heavy lifting.

This is a casual employment opportunity with a Monday to Friday working schedule. The position is located in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
