What they are looking for

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn. Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, coffee shop, fast-food outlet, or similar hospitality setting is helpful, but not essential. People with experience as a pot washer, kitchen porter, kitchen assistant, prep chef, commis chef, or line chef may also be well suited, especially if they want to stay in a kitchen-focused role or begin learning customer service skills.
