Role overview

This opportunity is for a Team Member in the Kingston store. The role offers pay of up to £14.05 per hour, which includes an hourly bonus, and it comes with guaranteed employment rather than zero-hours work.

What you will do

In this store-based role, you will help prepare fresh food and support day-to-day service by:

• Preparing fresh fish and other ingredients
• Rolling maki and assembling signature itsu dishes
• Cooking carefully and accurately
• Keeping food quality and food safety standards consistently high
• Providing friendly, excellent customer service

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. Training includes practical learning in the store, support from colleagues and managers, and digital learning through the app and Academy courses. Bonus payments are issued after the initial training period.
