Holcim is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across corporate, regional, and international roles. This position sits within Holcim Global Hub Business Services and requires strong experience in global recruitment, stakeholder coordination, sourcing, and recruitment data management.

What the role involves

  • Running the complete recruitment cycle for corporate roles across regional and global teams
  • Managing hiring needs for international positions across different business areas
  • Finding suitable candidates through LinkedIn Hiring, job boards, and other sourcing channels
  • Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders in multiple regions
  • Maintaining regular communication and providing hiring progress updates to stakeholders
  • Arranging interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and supporting offer management
  • Keeping recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and talent data accurate and up to date
  • Closing roles within required timelines without compromising on hiring quality
  • Contributing to employer branding and pipeline-building activities

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Mandatory background in corporate or global hiring
  • Strong practical experience using LinkedIn Hiring and recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with data and basic analytics
  • Ability to handle several open roles at once
  • Well-developed coordination and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work from the office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Preferred Background

  • Prior exposure to shared services or global business services environments
  • Experience with international recruitment and regional hiring processes

Additional Information

The position is a full-time, on-site role. The shift is scheduled from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. This opportunity is focused on corporate regional and international hiring rather than local-only recruitment.
