Role Summary
Veriforce is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help find, attract, evaluate, and hire outstanding talent across the business. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys relationship-building, connecting the right people with the right opportunities, and taking the next step in a recruiting career.
The position is focused on creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, while partnering with leaders across the company to run a structured hiring process and maintain a high standard for talent.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple business areas to recruit strong candidates for roles in sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and finance.
- Ensure applicants and hiring teams have a polished, efficient, and engaging experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Work closely with leaders to understand hiring priorities, review candidate information, and support thoughtful hiring decisions.
- Source and engage both active and future candidates by using networking, referrals, and relationship-based outreach to build long-term talent pipelines.
