Role Overview
This position is for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter on a 12-month contract based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The role sits within the hiring function and is responsible for managing recruitment from start to finish while delivering a strong experience for candidates, applicants, hiring managers, and business/HR partners.

What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment cycle and make sure the candidate journey remains positive throughout.
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and active candidates, keeping communication clear and timely.
- Run intake discussions to understand the role requirements and shape a sourcing plan for each vacancy.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, then help create a varied and high-quality candidate pool for the hiring manager.
- Bring together feedback from evaluation discussions to support final hiring decisions.
- Handle offer discussions with candidates and coordinate alignment on the expected joining date.
- Partner with external staffing agencies whenever needed.
What You Need
- A bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience with a strong record of sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent effectively.
- Hands-on experience in identifying and assessing candidates across a broad range of skill sets.
- The ability to advise, influence, and engage candidates in a consultative and relationship-focused way.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with and managing hiring managers.
