Role Overview

This position is for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter on a 12-month contract based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The role sits within the hiring function and is responsible for managing recruitment from start to finish while delivering a strong experience for candidates, applicants, hiring managers, and business/HR partners.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruitment cycle and make sure the candidate journey remains positive throughout.
  • Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and active candidates, keeping communication clear and timely.
  • Run intake discussions to understand the role requirements and shape a sourcing plan for each vacancy.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, then help create a varied and high-quality candidate pool for the hiring manager.
  • Bring together feedback from evaluation discussions to support final hiring decisions.
  • Handle offer discussions with candidates and coordinate alignment on the expected joining date.
  • Partner with external staffing agencies whenever needed.

What You Need

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience with a strong record of sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in identifying and assessing candidates across a broad range of skill sets.
  • The ability to advise, influence, and engage candidates in a consultative and relationship-focused way.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working with and managing hiring managers.
