Role overview
A well-known name in the art and design space is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to support a fast-paced hiring environment. This position is centered on recruiting for the organization, with additional exposure to internship program coordination, employer brand support, and the development of hiring workflows.
The role also includes some HR operations responsibilities, but talent acquisition remains the main focus. It is based onsite in Manhattan and comes with strong perks and benefits.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across the company.
- Coordinate and support internship programs.
- Assist with employer branding activities.
- Help design and improve hiring processes.
- Contribute to HR operations tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Arts, or a related discipline.
- Prior exposure to the arts, design, architecture, or another creative field.
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment across different business functions.
- Comfort working on HR operations-related work.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to create processes from the ground up.
