Job description

Role overview

This position supports Talent Acquisition and People Operations by keeping recruiting and employee lifecycle work moving smoothly. You will work closely with managers, candidates, and employees to help deliver an efficient hiring process, support onboarding, handle HR administration tasks, maintain compliance, and contribute to a strong employee experience that helps the organization attract and keep great talent.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruiting tasks, including posting openings, finding candidates, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, and helping with offer and pre-employment steps.
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing requirements, organize interview schedules, monitor candidate status, and keep the recruitment flow on track.
  • Keep candidate pools and applicant tracking records updated so current and upcoming hiring needs are supported.
  • Help prepare recruiting reports, track key metrics, and suggest process changes that improve hiring quality and candidate experience.
  • Make sure job ads, candidate outreach, and recruiting records are accurate and properly maintained in the relevant systems and platforms.
  • Assist with onboarding and exit processes, including new hire forms, orientation coordination, system changes, and employee record updates.
  • Support the upkeep of employee files, HRIS information, and People Operations workflows while protecting confidentiality and compliance.
  • Help with audits, compliance tasks, and HR program administration such as employee referral activities and other people initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative and project support for People Team programs, reporting needs, and cross-functional HR efforts as needed.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, either in a corporate environment or with a staffing agency.
  • Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system; experience with Workday is considered an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of business priorities, operating goals, and common organizational challenges.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, communication, and influencing others.
  • High standards of professionalism, trustworthiness, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Genuine interest in identifying and hiring strong talent.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a reliable, positive team contributor.
