Role Overview
Everest Technical Services is hiring a Recruiter who can lead hiring efforts for BIM-focused positions. This role centers on attracting and evaluating talent for Building Information Modeling positions across architecture, civil and structural engineering, and MEP functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for BIM-related openings from sourcing to closure.
- Find suitable candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and similar channels.
- Review applications and carry out first-round HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring workflow moving smoothly.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Support a smooth and professional experience for every candidate during the hiring journey.
- Monitor hiring activity and compile recruitment reports and metrics.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on exposure to hiring for BIM and design-related positions, including architectural, civil and structural, and MEP profiles.
- Working knowledge of hiring practices in engineering or architecture domains.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with solid stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Background
- Prior recruitment experience in engineering, construction, or design-led industries.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
