What the Role Covers
You will help build and run recruiting programs, support sourcing across multiple channels, and coordinate placement efforts for a range of roles from entry-level through senior positions. - Share expertise with others, support teammates, and contribute knowledge across related job areas.
- Demonstrate values-based leadership, help build agreement among stakeholders, and communicate sensitive or difficult information clearly.
- Work within defined policies and guidelines while contributing to team and cross-team activities.
Required Background
The preferred candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. If a degree is not available, a suitable mix of education and experience may be considered. Strong recruitment experience is especially important, including full-cycle hiring, managing high-volume demand, and handling multiple concurrent requests.
Candidate Profile
The strongest match will have experience recruiting for Data Center Technician positions, managing 40+ open requests at a time, and balancing several hiring projects simultaneously. The role also calls for strong judgment, curiosity, organization, comfort with Microsoft Office tools, and confidence working with basic to moderately complex calculations.
Tools and Work Style
Day-to-day work relies heavily on Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ideal person is highly organized, analytical, willing to approach problems from fresh angles, and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
Interview Process
The interview process consists of 1 to 2 virtual interviews.
