Role overview

This opportunity is shared on behalf of a partner organization that handles applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Canada for a fully remote, high-impact recruiting role.

You will support fast-moving hiring needs across several business areas, covering both technical and professional positions. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will run the end-to-end recruitment process, keep candidate pipelines healthy, and protect the quality of the hiring experience in a dynamic SaaS setting.

The role suits an experienced recruiter who works well with minimal supervision, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and enjoys improving processes. You will also help introduce more efficient recruiting methods, including AI-supported sourcing and screening tools.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across technical and non-technical functions, with a focus on speed and hiring quality.
  • Run intake conversations with hiring managers to clarify job needs, ideal candidate profiles, and target timelines.
  • Find, assess, and engage candidates through proactive sourcing and AI-assisted recruiting methods.
  • Oversee the candidate journey from first contact through final stages, making sure communication is timely, clear, and consistent.
  • Arrange interviews, align panel participants, and facilitate debrief discussions.
  • Keep ATS data accurate and current, including candidate status, feedback, and disposition notes.
  • Work with hiring managers and TA leadership to prioritize open roles and balance workload effectively.
  • Share pipeline progress and hiring insights regularly with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Spot process slowdowns and contribute ideas that improve the recruitment function over time.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for technical positions such as Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar specialized areas.
  • Experience handling several requisitions at once in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Strong sourcing ability, including familiarity with modern recruiting tools, automation, or AI-enabled platforms.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills for working with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • A highly independent working style, with strong ownership and little need for day-to-day oversight.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday or equivalent systems is beneficial.
  • Comfort working on hiring needs across multiple functions beyond technical roles when required.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • International recruiting experience is considered an advantage.
