Job description

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner, focused on Imaging, is responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and interviewing both internal and external candidates to support current and anticipated staffing needs across imaging roles in the health system. The position is centered on proactively filling vacancies for MRI, CT Technologists, Ultrasound, and Radiology Technologists, while working with a strong sense of urgency and a high level of professionalism.

This role partners closely with hiring leaders to determine the best-fit candidates, uses current talent acquisition tools and methods, and stays informed on evolving recruiting practices, technology, and strategies. The partner is expected to represent Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare’s Mission, Vision, and Values through everyday conduct.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, position expectations, and required qualifications.
  • Build and carry out recruitment plans and sourcing approaches for open positions.
  • Use creative and effective sourcing methods to attract strong candidates for imaging roles.
  • Search for candidates through networking, cold outreach, passive talent research, job boards, social platforms, and professional communities.
  • Review applications and resumes, then complete initial candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess experience, fit, and potential.
  • Arrange interviews and assessment activities with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Handle a high-volume recruiting workload, including more than 50 active recruitments.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system records accurately and keep data complete and current.
  • Prepare statistical and compliance-related reports as needed.
  • Support offer discussions and negotiations using effective selling and closing skills.
  • Travel to recruitment events when required.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a professional recruiting role.
  • Direct experience sourcing and recruiting imaging professionals within a healthcare system is required.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience in a hospital or large group medical practice is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • High school diploma or GED plus 8 years of relevant human resources and recruitment experience may be considered in place of the stated education and experience requirement.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong familiarity with talent acquisition systems, especially applicant tracking systems and CRMs.
  • Understanding of interview evaluation methods, including behavioral interviewing.
  • Ability to manage a large recruiting pipeline and multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Comfort using Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar research tools and databases.
  • Ability to plan sourcing activity and execute recruiting tactics efficiently.

Additional Information
