Job description
Role Overview
Sapiens is looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across a portfolio of SaaS insurance products that serve different vertical markets. In this role, you will help shape hiring strategies, work alongside business leaders across the portfolio, and contribute directly to growth across the organization.
This position reports to the North America Talent Acquisition Leader, with a dotted line to the Global Head of Talent. It offers broad exposure across functions and the chance to influence how the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned positions, starting with outreach and continuing through offer discussions, while creating a smooth and positive candidate journey.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines, with clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers in multiple regions, serving as a reliable advisor and providing practical support from intake to close.
- Source candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill roles by proactively approaching talent and promoting opportunities through relevant channels such as job boards and LinkedIn.
- Use data insights and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing effectiveness and identify strong candidates in competitive hiring markets.
- Follow the company’s recruitment workflows and applicant tracking system to support a consistent and compliant hiring process.
Required Background
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Minimum 3 years of direct SaaS recruiting experience, including building teams in Professional Services and GTM functions.
- Practical experience using data and AI tools to support sourcing and hiring decisions.
- Strong background in direct sourcing, with a resourceful and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of goals and delivery.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Working knowledge of US and Canada hiring laws and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS is required; SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
