Position Overview
This position is responsible for managing the entire recruitment workflow, from understanding staffing needs to extending offers. The role focuses on building hiring plans, attracting suitable candidates, assessing talent, and advising on selection choices so the organization can secure people who fit its goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment process from the initial requisition discussion all the way to the offer stage.
- Review hiring needs and translate them into clear job requirements that match business priorities.
- Create and carry out focused sourcing approaches and recruiting plans.
- Identify, screen, and assess candidates to find strong-fit talent.
- Provide evidence-based hiring recommendations to guide final decisions.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR program management.
- A bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Prior exposure to fast-moving or high-pressure work settings is preferred.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be comfortable traveling often and working independently.
