About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this capacity, you will serve as a key advisor to hiring managers and internal stakeholders, responsible for cultivating our talent pipeline, ensuring an outstanding candidate journey, and contributing to the development of the diverse, high-performing teams that drive AbsenceSoft's mission.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define role requirements, essential competencies, and the profiles of ideal candidates.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels to attract top-tier talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to successful onboarding.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to accurately evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and future staffing needs.
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to anticipate staffing requirements and support employer branding initiatives.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for managing candidate progression, generating reports, and ensuring compliance.
- Champion ongoing improvements in recruitment processes and provide valuable market insights on current talent trends.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of comprehensive full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within the SaaS or technology sectors.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, relevant employment laws, and compliance mandates.
- Demonstrate the ability to leverage AI tools and data analytics to inform and optimize hiring decisions.
- Be proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies, coupled with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple open positions in a dynamic environment.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering a collaborative approach and maintaining a high level of discretion with confidential information.
- Show a clear commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with proven experience in implementing equitable hiring practices throughout the entire candidate lifecycle.
- Have familiarity with AI tools and their practical application within recruitment processes.

Additional Information
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and geographical location. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
The salary range for this position is $99,392 to $124,239 USD annually for candidates within the US.
