Role Overview
Fastly is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Singapore on a fixed-term 9-month contract, covering a leave period from August 2026 through March 2027. The role sits within the Global Talent team and is primarily responsible for end-to-end recruiting support across the company, especially for Revenue and Client Services teams.
You will work closely with hiring managers and business partners to shape hiring approaches, identify strong candidates, and deliver an excellent candidate journey that reflects Fastly’s culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders, including VP-level stakeholders, to create hiring plans and sourcing strategies across ASEAN and APJ territories.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using a variety of sourcing channels.
- Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to offer stage, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Build talent pipelines through research, referrals, events, and targeted sourcing efforts.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions with interviewers and hiring managers.
- Monitor pipeline health, hiring priorities, and performance metrics, then share updates with internal stakeholders.
- Support offer management in coordination with hiring managers, HR, and Compensation partners.
- Suggest improvements to sourcing methods, hiring processes, and candidate outreach.
- Contribute to broader Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives.
- Assist with Inclusion and Diversity efforts across the company.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in-house and within the ASEAN/APJ technology space.
- Proven ability to identify and attract passive talent through multiple channels and techniques.
- Comfort working independently with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong interviewing ability, including assessment of both capability and cultural alignment.
- Excellent consultative and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of employment and HR policies.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and make sound decisions.
- Additional language skills would be a plus, though they are not mandatory.
- Candidates must currently be based in Singapore and either be a Singapore citizen or hold Singapore permanent residency, as sponsorship is not available.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated annual salary is SGD 140,000 on a pro-rata basis, plus benefits, depending on experience.

Work Schedule and Location
This role is based in Singapore and follows a largely hybrid setup, with an expectation of working in the office two days per week and the rest from home.
Core working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm SGT, with some flexibility.
Occasional international travel may be required depending on business needs or manager requests.
