Job description

About Nitra

Nitra is working to make healthcare more efficient by creating fintech and software tools that help physicians and practices run better, giving them more time to focus on patient care. The company operates with speed, high standards, and a strong bias for ownership and accountability. It values trust, respect, and shared success, while expecting team members to bring strong judgment, intensity, and a willingness to do meaningful, high-impact work.

Nitra is growing quickly and is aiming for unicorn status. The team includes experienced operators and founders from leading fintech, tech, and healthcare companies, and the company is supported by top-tier investors and advisors. Nitra follows a hybrid setup, with four office days per week and Wednesdays working from home.

Role Overview

Nitra is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruiting operations and people-process support during a period of rapid growth. The role will work closely with hiring managers across functions, particularly Sales, Product, and Operations, to help meet hiring targets, strengthen candidate experience, and create repeatable hiring and onboarding frameworks.

This person will handle interview scheduling, candidate coordination, sourcing, and support for onboarding and performance-related processes. The role also includes helping define hiring criteria, improving interview consistency, and building scalable people practices. It is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys taking responsibility across multiple priorities and helping shape how the team grows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily recruiting workflow, including interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Work with hiring managers to create job profiles, scorecards, and interview structures aligned with business needs.
  • Launch outbound sourcing efforts for key roles across go-to-market, operations, and product functions.
  • Monitor hiring progress against headcount goals and share weekly updates and metrics with leadership.
  • Deliver a strong, attentive candidate experience through every stage of the hiring process.
  • Create basic onboarding processes that help new employees ramp up clearly and consistently.
  • Support hiring managers in improving interview calibration, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
  • Help build core people processes such as job-level documentation, interview templates, and hiring hygiene across the organization.
  • Contribute to strengthening a values-driven culture during an important growth phase.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • A self-directed, ownership-focused mindset with the ability to manage a process end to end.
  • Excellent attention to detail when handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support both candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
  • Interest in building scalable systems and processes.
  • Prior exposure to both go-to-market and technical hiring is an advantage.
  • Comfort working onsite with a cross-functional team; NYC or DC is preferred.

Perks & Benefits

  • Equity ownership so employees benefit when the company performs well.
  • Competitive base pay with bonus potential.
  • Health coverage options, including medical, vision, and dental insurance.
  • Employer-sponsored 401(k) matching for retirement support.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with one home-working day each week.

Compensation

The base salary for this full-time role ranges from 90000 to 120000 USD per year, with bonus, equity, and benefits also included. Pay is influenced by location, role level, skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The stated range reflects base salary only.
