Role Overview
The company is looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruitment operations and shape hiring strategy from end to end. In this position, you will oversee the entire hiring process, strengthen candidate pipelines, improve employer reputation, and work closely with hiring managers to bring in high-performing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and coordinate the talent acquisition and recruitment team.
- Create and implement hiring plans that support organizational growth goals.
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding coordination.
- Develop and maintain reliable talent pools for immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs and prioritize open roles.
- Design employer branding initiatives that help attract strong candidates and improve market visibility.
- Track recruitment performance indicators and refine hiring outcomes using data-backed insights.
- Manage job advertisements, candidate correspondence, and applicant tracking system workflows.
- Promote a smooth and respectful candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
- Keep current with labor market movements, sourcing methods, and recruitment technology trends.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or a related function.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, lead, or managerial capacity is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methods, interviewing approaches, and candidate selection practices.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools or platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong planning, analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage several hiring assignments and shifting priorities at the same time.
- Awareness of employment regulations and accepted recruitment standards.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
