Job description

Role overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end hiring efforts for the Rochambeau Ranch Atelier. The focus of the role is to attract, assess, and hire strong talent that meets LVUSM standards and supports operational requirements. This position works closely with operational leaders to shape recruitment plans, workforce planning, and sourcing strategies that can meet both immediate and future staffing needs in a fast-moving manufacturing setting.

The role is important to maintaining a reliable talent pipeline, supporting continuity in operations, and upholding the Maison’s expectations for craftsmanship, discipline, and operational excellence. Success in this position requires close collaboration with leaders, a practical and hands-on recruiting approach, and the ability to act quickly and accurately in a high-volume hiring environment.

Because the business operates in a highly collaborative and operational setting, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with candidates and employees throughout recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.

Reporting structure

This position reports to the Human Resources Director and is classified as exempt. The primary work location is Rochambeau Ranch, TX.

Key responsibilities

You will manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly and salaried positions, from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, and offer management. A major part of the role involves partnering with Operations leadership on staffing plans so hiring activity stays aligned with production needs and business goals.

You will also build and execute proactive sourcing approaches to strengthen the pipeline for critical and high-volume positions, maintain a visible presence on the workshop floor to better understand operational priorities, and improve engagement with both hiring managers and candidates.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring recruitment, hiring, and onboarding practices follow all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, along with equal employment opportunity requirements and internal company policies. You will be expected to manage candidate experience carefully from first contact through onboarding, keeping communication timely, professional, and consistent.

The role also includes tracking recruiting performance indicators such as time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates. You will analyze these trends, share insights with leadership, and recommend staffing and recruiting improvements based on business data.

In partnership with the HR Business Partner, Training Team, and Operations, you will help coordinate onboarding so new hires transition smoothly into the organization. You will also support employer branding and recruitment visibility through external platforms such as LinkedIn and other talent channels, build relationships with agencies and community partners, contribute to workforce planning discussions, suggest process improvements, assist with HR initiatives tied to talent acquisition and workforce development, and take part in community events related to talent attraction.

Required skills and attributes

The role calls for strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation capability, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be able to handle multiple requisitions and competing priorities at once while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.

Influencing operational leaders, working with urgency, staying accountable, and adapting to a dynamic high-volume environment are all important to success in this position.

Work environment and physical expectations

This position is primarily office-based and may require sitting or standing for long periods. It can also involve occasional movement within the office, including using stairs without assistance and lifting or moving light items. The setting is collaborative and fast-paced. Reasonable accommodation requests may be considered after the recruitment process.

Employment terms

This job description is intended as a general summary of the role and does not serve as a contract. It does not change at-will employment. The company may modify, add, or remove duties and assign additional responsibilities based on business needs. The document is not an exhaustive list of every task that may be required.
