Role overview
The People & Performance team supports the company’s mission by strengthening hiring, talent development, and culture. Maiden Home is seeking a high-potential Talent Acquisition Manager to own and continuously improve the full hiring function with a high standard of quality. This role reports to the SVP of People & Performance and partners with leaders across the organization to support strong interviewing and hiring decisions. In time, the position will also contribute to broader talent development initiatives. It is well suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment and wants to build a long-term HR/People career within a growing consumer brand.
What you will do
- Oversee and improve the Talent Acquisition function with a consistently high standard of execution.
- Run the full recruiting cycle for open positions, helping strengthen hiring practices and enabling better-fit hires over time.
- Use research and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify strong candidates for key priority roles.
- Represent Maiden Home’s employer brand professionally and thoughtfully to both internal stakeholders and prospective hires.
- Build and maintain a proactive market-mapping approach for exploratory roles that support business growth.
- Support hiring managers and leaders with practical guidance on hiring tools, candidate evaluation, profile refinement, interview questions, and project design.
- As needed, partner with the SVP of People on People & Performance initiatives such as performance reviews, talent programs, and benefits-related projects that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
Required background
The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of recruiting experience in fast-moving, high-performing organizations with increasing responsibility. Background in search firms, consumer brands, or retail is considered an advantage. Success in hiring for complex roles and partnering with multiple business leaders is important, along with experience in proactive market mapping for specialized or senior-level positions. The role also calls for strong process management, problem-solving ability, clear communication, excellent project planning, and exceptional attention to detail. Flexibility in a demanding and changing environment is essential. Interest in luxury furniture is a plus.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000 per year.
