Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on shaping hiring strategy, strengthening the employer brand, and overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities to meet current and future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess staffing requirements and prepare hiring forecasts for the business.
- Create and implement talent acquisition plans and recruitment strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and support referral programs.
- Source candidates for open roles and build pipelines for upcoming hiring needs.
- Run recruitment and selection activities such as interviews, screening calls, and related assessments.
- Improve the candidate journey and ensure applicants have a positive experience throughout the process.
- Support employee retention and development efforts through feedback and assessments.
- Guide, supervise, and manage recruiting staff.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, assessment events, and similar hiring forums.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare KPI reports, and identify areas that need improvement.
- Review applications and coordinate background verification reports.
- Conduct employee satisfaction activities and recommend actions to improve retention.
- Use job boards, social media, HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools to support hiring.
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in talent acquisition management or a closely related hiring leadership role.
- Hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of selection methods, recruitment techniques, and assessment processes.
- Practical knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and databases.
- Experience using social media and job boards for recruitment outreach.
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and understand varied role requirements.
- Leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Negotiation, sales, and team motivation skills.
- Capability to analyze hiring bottlenecks and improve recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- At least 6 years of experience in roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager, Recruitment Manager, or similar.
- At least 5 years of database management or related experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

This role requires the candidate to contribute to strategic workforce planning, recruitment marketing, and people-focused hiring initiatives. The organization also expects the manager to help develop KPI reports, improve candidate experience, and strengthen retention through hiring practices and employee engagement activities.
