Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Lead position based in the District of Gjakova, Kosovo. The role owns the complete hiring cycle for different positions across the business, from finding candidates and reviewing applications to conducting interviews and supporting final hiring decisions. It also involves working closely with hiring managers, maintaining active candidate pipelines, and helping ensure every applicant has a smooth and timely experience.

Key responsibilities

You will coordinate recruitment activities end to end, support managers in shaping job requirements, publish openings, and keep the hiring funnel organised. In addition, you will help strengthen the employer brand through career content, social media activity, and local community outreach. The role also includes monitoring hiring data, suggesting ways to improve recruitment processes, and making sure all hiring practices remain fair, inclusive, and aligned with local rules.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and managing offers. Strong interviewing ability and a structured, objective approach to candidate evaluation are important. You should also be comfortable promoting the company as a desirable workplace through both digital and offline channels. Clear communication, strong people skills, the ability to juggle several vacancies at once, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment are essential. Experience with applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment tools is helpful. Backgrounds in retail, beauty, hospitality, or other service-focused businesses are considered an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience may also be accepted.
