- Identify, approach, engage, and evaluate high-calibre candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Improve interview workflows so they better measure technical capability and culture fit.
- Work with senior leadership on hiring plans, market insights, and compensation comparisons.
- Oversee external recruiters, hiring platforms, and related tools.
- Monitor recruiting data and hiring metrics to strengthen performance and refine processes.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or crypto trading environments.
- Demonstrated success hiring traders, researchers, and portfolio managers; exposure to crypto markets is an advantage.
- Experience hiring technical professionals is helpful, though not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of trading and research talent markets, including pay expectations and competitive hiring conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Comfort with data-led recruiting and continuous process improvement.
