Role overview

An aerospace organization is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to keep high-volume recruiting processes organized and efficient. This position focuses on interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding support, applicant tracking system updates, and recruiting records management. The goal is to provide a smooth and professional experience for candidates while assisting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle.

Engagement details

This is a 9-month contract assignment, with extensions likely. The role is structured for 40 hours per week on a schedule of four 10-hour workdays, and it is remote within the United States.

This is a W-2 employment arrangement through Stage 4 Solutions. Health coverage and a 401(k) are included.

Responsibilities

  • Manage interview calendars and arrange any related travel details for candidates.
  • Support candidates after offer acceptance by explaining and coordinating the next steps.
  • Help candidates move into onboarding smoothly before their start date.
  • Maintain requisition records, complete audits, and close positions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Keep compliance documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support staffing needs.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders.
  • Handle daily recruiting operations with accuracy, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • At least 9 years of experience in a role involving direct customer interaction or administrative support, such as recruiting coordination.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Outlook calendars, setting interviews for internal and external candidates, and using scheduling tools to communicate with candidates.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Background in candidate scheduling and pipeline management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior support for recruiting or talent acquisition teams is preferred.
  • Experience with hiring events such as job fairs or career days is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a remote, highly collaborative setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as BrassRing, LEO, LMPeople, or LMCareers is preferred.

Compensation and benefits

  • Pay range: $30 to $37 per hour.
