Location: 1221 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020.

What you'll do

  • Assist with talent casting, partnership development, and early-stage campaign brainstorming.
  • Help prepare, structure, and negotiate talent-related agreements.
  • Coordinate across internal departments and external stakeholders to keep projects moving.
  • Handle travel, itineraries, scheduling, and on-site logistics for participating talent.
  • Support production activities before, during, and after shoots or events, including payroll, appearances, and PR-related deliverables.
  • Monitor partnership outcomes, maintain shared team materials, and organize reporting resources.
  • Compile post-event summaries and gather press, photography, and campaign coverage.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative help such as calendar upkeep and meeting coordination.

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management, booking, partnerships, communications, or events within a television network, agency, or media company.
  • Prior exposure to high-profile entertainment projects or talent-focused campaigns.
  • Strong planning abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfort working under tight deadlines and being available outside normal working hours when needed.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, WordPress, and Canva.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing team environment.
  • Clear and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in pop culture, entertainment, and emerging creators.
  • Experience working across large or matrixed organizations is advantageous.

Preferred background

  • Experience in talent relations, bookings, partnerships, or management is highly relevant.
  • Understanding of contract language and talent endorsement agreements is helpful.
  • Previous collaboration with agents, managers, or producers would be a plus.
  • A proactive, service-oriented problem solver with a polished, high-touch approach is preferred.
