Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate - Jr. Recruiter will support Jencap’s hiring efforts, with a strong focus on early-career recruiting, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition operations. This is a remote role within the United States, with hybrid options available in Atlanta, GA or Red Bank, NJ. The position is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants practical exposure to full-cycle hiring, partnership with hiring leaders, and hands-on work with Greenhouse ATS/CRM in a growing organization. In this role, you will represent the employer brand, help create a smooth candidate journey, and contribute to building strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the complete recruiting cycle for early-career and underwriting support positions, including sourcing candidates through onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the broader talent acquisition team to move searches forward efficiently.
  • Find and engage candidates using Greenhouse CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing methods.
  • Handle candidate communication, arrange interviews, and assist with offer-related activities.
  • Support campus recruiting efforts and help develop pipelines for emerging talent.
  • Maintain a consistent, positive experience for candidates at every stage of the process.
  • Manage day-to-day Greenhouse ATS/CRM tasks such as posting roles and updating system records.
  • Prepare recruiting reports, review data, and assist with process enhancements.
  • Help resolve ATS-related issues and support onboarding for new Greenhouse users.
  • Coordinate data between Greenhouse and HRIS tools such as ADP to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on exposure to ATS and/or CRM platforms; Greenhouse experience is considered an advantage.
  • Genuine interest in early-career recruiting and candidate sourcing.
  • Strong organizational abilities and clear communication skills.
  • Comfort working with systems, reports, and data.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Experience using job boards, social platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Professional, service-focused approach when dealing with candidates and stakeholders.
