Role summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Talent Acquisition Analyst to lead professional hiring efforts in Hyderabad. In this position, you will partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to shape and deliver hiring strategies that attract strong talent while maintaining a smooth and positive candidate journey.

The role combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, employer branding, data-led decision-making, and disciplined recruitment process execution.

Key responsibilities

Recruitment consulting, advisory, and partnership

  • Work with hiring managers to plan recruitment activity, understand hiring requirements, define role expectations, and design role-specific hiring approaches.
  • Share market insights on talent supply, compensation trends, and hiring movements in the industry.
  • Advise managers on interview methods, inclusive hiring practices, candidate experience, and appropriate assessment tools.
  • Ensure recruitment plans support workforce planning, talent acquisition priorities, and overall business goals.
  • Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders informed throughout the hiring process with timely updates and clear communication.

Candidate sourcing, attraction, and engagement

  • Create and run proactive sourcing plans to reach active and passive candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical positions to improve hiring speed and acceptance rates.
  • Use employer branding and recruitment marketing to improve attraction, including writing effective job descriptions, improving job postings, and communicating the company’s employee value proposition.
  • Provide a responsive and engaging candidate experience with consistent communication at every step.

End-to-end recruitment execution

  • Handle the full hiring cycle from requisition creation through offer acceptance, ensuring quality, efficiency, and a positive experience while following process standards.
  • Conduct structured interviews and behavioural assessments using the organization’s interviewing framework to evaluate skills, suitability, and culture contribution.
  • Lead hiring manager review discussions and present structured feedback to support informed hiring choices.
  • Manage offer roll-out and compensation discussions in coordination with HR, Total Rewards, and the hiring manager.

Data-driven recruitment, compliance, and improvement

  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-find, time-to-accept, and candidate experience scores, and use the findings to improve outcomes.
  • Use labour market data and talent analytics to sharpen sourcing approaches and hiring decisions.
  • Follow global hiring policies, DEI standards, and local employment laws.
  • Stay current on recruitment best practices, tools, technology updates, and hiring innovations.
  • Use the ATS and related recruiting tools effectively to manage hiring activity.

Process adherence and data management

  • Keep candidate information accurate and current in the ATS and CRM systems.
  • Follow established process requirements to ensure consistency, compliance, and clean data.

Role focus

  • This position is centered on corporate and professional hiring within Commercial Sales.
  • Source niche talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional bodies, networking events, and sector-specific job boards.
  • Support strategic hiring with structured interview practices and leadership involvement.
  • Provide talent intelligence and data-backed recommendations to support workforce planning.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and HR business partners to align hiring with business needs.

Qualifications

You should bring 7 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and offer management, in either a corporate or agency setting.

A bachelor’s degree is required.

Required skills and capabilities

  • Strong knowledge of talent assessment approaches and interview techniques, including behavioural and competency-based methods.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment marketing and sourcing through channels such as social media and job boards.
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms and other recruitment technologies.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to guide hiring decisions.
  • Strong planning and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Preferred background

  • Understanding of employment law, recruitment regulations, and compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Experience using talent intelligence tools will be beneficial.
  • Prior work experience in a multinational or global organization is preferred.
  • Background in Global Shared Services recruitment is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively through changing priorities.
  • Strong drive to meet hiring targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Fluency in English is required.
