The brand offers luxury evening wear, bridal gowns, engagement dresses, and carefully selected designer pieces for weddings, galas, and other special occasions. Operating on a consignment-based model, it works with Lebanese and international designers to make high-end fashion available through a rental format. The business places strong emphasis on quality, personalized styling, sustainability, and a regularly updated collection, with the goal of becoming a leading destination for designer dress rentals and styling services across Lebanon and the UAE.
Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site tailoring position in Dubai. The role focuses on altering and customizing designer garments so they fit beautifully and finish to a high standard. You will work on evening gowns, bridal outfits, and other delicate pieces, while supporting fittings, adjustments, garment preparation, and quality control. The position also involves working closely with the styling and sales teams to ensure clients have a seamless fitting experience.
What you will do
- Alter and tailor designer dresses, including evening gowns and bridal wear, to achieve accurate fit and polished finishing.
- Take precise body measurements and carry out client fittings.
- Perform garment adjustments, minor repairs, steaming, and final preparation before delivery.
- Make sure every piece meets the boutique’s quality expectations.
- Work with styling and sales teams to support a smooth and professional fitting process.
- Advise the team on what alterations are practical and achievable.
- Keep tailoring tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Maintain an organized alteration area and support busy periods and special events when required.
Requirements
- Strong tailoring and dressmaking ability, especially with evening wear, bridal garments, and delicate fabrics.
- Experience taking measurements, conducting fittings, and completing precise alterations.
- Good communication and customer service skills for dealing with clients and internal teams in a professional way.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a busy boutique setting.
- Prior experience in luxury fashion, bridal tailoring, or premium alteration work is strongly preferred.
- Ability to remain on your feet for long periods and perform detailed manual work carefully and consistently.
- Working knowledge of industrial and domestic sewing machines, pressing tools, and hand-finishing methods.
- English fluency is required; Arabic or other languages would be an added advantage.
Additional information
Support during peak trading periods and special occasions may be needed. The role is based in Dubai and requires an on-site presence.
