About the Role
Join RoadTek Rockhampton as a full-time Systems Coordinator and play a pivotal role supporting Project Managers by driving improvements across business systems. You will be the main point of contact for safety, environmental, and quality matters in the region, coordinating audits, offering expertise on systems, assisting project teams, and enhancing operational compliance and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Support Project Managers in implementing RoadTek's Business Management Systems and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate safety, environmental, and quality audits, providing guidance to project teams.
- Promote compliance with governance, risk management, and business continuity policies.
- Mentor colleagues to encourage operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders through effective communication.
- Lead change in a dynamic operational environment using sound judgement and professionalism.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possess a current, valid Queensland "C" class driver’s license or an equivalent license.
- Ability to travel reasonably within the operational unit and/or across the state; travel expenses and allowances are provided.
- Due to access to sensitive information, successful candidates must undergo a criminal history check prior to appointment.
- It is highly preferred that applicants hold certification or equivalent qualifications in internal auditing such as Certificate in Internal Auditor Training, Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems, or Auditing a Quality Management System, or the capacity to obtain such within 12 months.
