Role overview
This opportunity is for a Supply Demand Planner within the EMEIA Supply Demand Management team, part of Apple’s wider Operations function at the European headquarters in Cork, Ireland. The team manages end-to-end product planning for the EMEIA market so products are available in the right locations at the right time for customers. The role involves close partnership with teams across Logistics, Reseller Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales and other global stakeholders.
What you will do
- Work across functions to support a well-balanced supply plan for the EMEIA region and improve operational effectiveness.
- Develop and run inventory replenishment strategies that keep stock at healthy levels while limiting excess and obsolescence.
- Own production planning activities so factory output matches demand across the market and distribution channels.
- Review demand signals and forecast movements using statistical methods and current market intelligence.
- Manage supply flows between factories and regional hubs to maintain product availability.
- Monitor key performance indicators and other metrics to evaluate and improve supply chain results.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create alignment and strong working relationships.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and external partners, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and tools.
Minimum qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to use data and tools to support decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships across teams and partners.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on results.
- Able to present complex analytical findings to senior audiences in a way that is clear, practical, and action-oriented.

- Several years of experience in supply chain or a comparable analytical role within FMCG or a similar sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred, though relevant equivalent experience is also considered valuable.
