Campos Coffee is part of JDE Peet’s, now within Keurig Dr Pepper, a global coffee business operating in more than 100 markets. The group is driven by its “Reignite the Amazing” strategy and focuses on brand-led growth through three major priorities: Peet’s, L’OR, and 10 selected local icons led by Jacobs. In 2025, the company recorded total sales of EUR 9.9 billion and employed more than 21,000 people worldwide.
About the role
This position plays a central part in the Australian team, linking sales expectations with actual supply delivery. As the Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will take ownership of the S&OP process, monitor forecasting, inventory, and performance, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to keep plans aligned and execution on track.
The role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across functions to improve how planning is done.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the monthly S&OP cycle covering demand, supply, and inventory planning.
- Create and maintain forecasts across all product categories.
- Track forecast accuracy and bias, then drive ongoing improvements.
- Work with Sales and Marketing on promotions and new product introductions.
- Use data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Monitor inventory to avoid both shortages and overstock.
- Manage purchase orders for products and services.
- Improve planning tools, systems, and processes to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve stock-related issues.
- Serve as the main connection between commercial teams and operations.
- Support targets for inventory, service levels, and working capital.
- Partner with Warehouse, Production, and Finance to identify and close gaps.
- Contribute to a safe and compliant workplace in line with WHS standards.
What success looks like
- A well-structured and smoothly run S&OP process.
- Improved forecast accuracy with fewer unexpected issues.
- Balanced inventory levels.
- Strong service performance and minimal write-offs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in supply planning or demand planning.
- Strong knowledge of S&OP and forecasting practices.
- Comfort working with data, advanced Excel, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with confidence to challenge ideas when needed.
- Background in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred, with coffee or food and beverage experience seen as an advantage.
Additional information
Why join the team:
- Be part of a well-known Australian coffee brand supported by a global organisation.
- Take on a role where your contribution can have a real business impact.
- Join a collaborative, practical team culture with no ego.
