Role overview
This opportunity is with a fast-growing consumer products business that is expanding across the country. The company is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join its Supply Chain and Operations function and play an important role in improving how products are planned, produced, tracked, and delivered.
The position sits at the crossroads of operations, planning, inventory management, and analytics. You will contribute to smoother execution by turning operational data into useful insights for leadership and helping teams keep work moving efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside operations leaders to manage production timing and manufacturing coordination.
- Keep a close watch on stock levels and flag possible shortages or slowdowns before they affect operations.
- Follow up on suppliers and purchase orders to help keep timelines on track.
- Support demand forecasting and planning efforts that help the business scale.
- Create reports and review operational information to support better decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to refine processes and develop solutions that can grow with the company.
- Assist with the operational side of new product introductions.
Required experience and skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, or another analytical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and comfort handling data.
- Excellent organization skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication skills paired with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Preferred background
- Experience in Consumer Products (CPG), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as NetSuite or a similar system.
- Hands-on work in inventory analysis, forecasting, production scheduling, or operational reporting.

Compensation and work setup
The base salary for this position is $65,000 to $80,000, with the possibility of additional incentive compensation for especially strong candidates.
This is an onsite role in New York City with one work-from-home day each week. Fully remote applicants will not be considered. Candidates should already be based in the NYC area or be willing to relocate there specifically.
