This is a permanent, newly established position created to support strong business growth. The role carries end-to-end ownership of planning, scheduling, and post-sales processes, and includes leading a team of about 20 people while overseeing the movement of 10,000 to 12,000 parts through the facility at any point in time.

The position offers an annual package of €150,000 to €165,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee production planning, customer service, and supply chain logistics.
  • Manage weekly and monthly schedules as well as day-to-day workflow coordination.
  • Track live shop-floor performance and control work in progress.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams to keep operations aligned.
  • Prepare KPI reports covering cycle time, yield, OEE, and scrap.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, including Lean, Kaizen, and other CI activities.

Expected Outcomes

  • Create production plans that match available capacity and material supply.
  • Build structured processes suited to a fast-scaling manufacturing setup.
  • Improve material flow, remove bottlenecks, and raise throughput efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate data and records in ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • Implement strong corrective actions for non-conformance situations.
  • Provide clear updates and reporting to the General Manager.

Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in production planning or production control.
  • Solid ERP knowledge, with SAP experience preferred.
  • A structured and analytical way of working.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in both German and English.

Additional Information
