Role overview
OptionX Bournedrill is hiring a driven Supply Chain Coordinator to join its Brisbane team. This position sits within the broader OptionX Group, supporting the design, engineering, and manufacturing of advanced drilling and tunnelling equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing activities and stay in touch with suppliers.
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Support inventory control and stock management tasks.
- Maintain ERP records and prepare reporting as needed.
- Assist with logistics, day-to-day operations, and administrative work.
- Contribute to improvement efforts that make processes more efficient.
What the team is looking for
- Clear communication and strong organisational ability.
- Attention to detail and comfort handling several priorities at once.
- Working knowledge of supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory processes.
- Experience using ERP systems, with intermediate Excel skills preferred.
- A degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a similar field, or current progress toward one.
