Job description

Role overview

Ignite is hiring a Supply Chain and Operations Manager for a fast-growing wellness brand that has already seen strong early traction and community momentum. The business is now moving into a new phase of scale, with plans to broaden its product range and grow its international footprint.

This role is based in North London with a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The salary is £45,000 to £50,000 plus shares.

The company is looking for someone highly organised and commercially minded to work closely with the founders and support the day-to-day running of a high-growth ecommerce business. The position offers wide exposure across supply chain, stock control, product launches and operational planning, with a high degree of ownership from the outset.

Key responsibilities

You will be involved in coordinating core operational activity across suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams, while helping the business scale smoothly.

  • Handle everyday communication with 3PL partners and suppliers.
  • Manage inventory flow, deliveries and stock forecasting to support growth.
  • Support sourcing activity for suppliers and manufacturers and help strengthen operational relationships.
  • Assist with new product launches from sourcing through to production.
  • Monitor product costs and operational spend, and look for ways to improve margins.
  • Contribute to building scalable systems, processes and AI-enabled efficiencies.
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure operational readiness for launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with customer service and other internal teams to share operational updates.
  • Support the founders on broader business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate will already have experience in operations or supply chain and will be comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic startup or challenger-brand setting.

  • Prior experience in operations or supply chain.
  • Excellent organisation and strong attention to detail.
  • Good commercial judgement and confidence working with data.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Genuine interest in AI tools and automation, with a focus on efficiency improvements.
  • Strong collaborative communication skills and a cross-functional mindset.
  • Interest in consumer brands and scaling operational capability.

Additional information

The employer values diversity and aims to create an inclusive hiring process where people can bring their authentic selves to work.

Due to the volume of applications, individual replies may not be possible. If there is no response within 14 days, the application is unlikely to move forward. The role may also close during that period if timing does not align.
