Role overview
This opportunity is for a Supply Chain Analyst IV in Sunnyvale, California, working on-site. The assignment is slated to begin as soon as possible, although the start date may shift; official confirmation will be provided before work begins. The engagement is expected to last 6 months and is a full-time contract role requiring at least 40 hours per week.
The compensation for this position is $55 per hour. Final pay may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and the scope of duties. This rate does not include other forms of compensation such as benefits, paid time off, or per diem.

What the role involves
The primary purpose of this role is to support global asset management by defining, building, managing, and measuring supply chain processes. The position also involves reviewing supplier performance, managing purchasing activity, and helping keep inventory and freight information accurate across distribution centers.
Key duties
- Examine inbound freight details to ensure supply receipts are recorded correctly across different distribution centers.
- Handle weekly purchase order releases and resolve related issues promptly.
- Refresh daily supply allocation across demand channels using inbound freight data and supply projection models.
- Load allocation data and factory commitments into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners, including supply planners, freight, procurement, and CE teams.
- Record current processes and identify opportunities to simplify and improve them.
Required background
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree along with experience in a related role or function. The ideal person will be comfortable working with inventory and freight data, drawing conclusions from reports, and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders.
Preferred systems and tools
Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred, as is familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace. Prior exposure to planning systems and supply planning or supply chain planning environments is also valuable.
