The work includes balancing routine daily activities with longer-term initiatives, while also looking for ways to streamline, automate, and improve processes over time. The role also supports planning around new product launches, peak holiday demand, and promotional activity by using forecasts to help prepare logistics and 3PL partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers, including 3PL partners, to support supply chain execution and ongoing improvement efforts.
- Examine supply chain and operational data to help shape projects, spot patterns, and suggest better ways of working.
- Assist with projects and initiatives aimed at improving service levels, responsiveness, flexibility, efficiency, and cost outcomes.
- Track performance indicators and contribute to improvements in execution, service quality, and overall network performance.
- Handle recurring daily tasks reliably while also identifying opportunities to automate and scale processes for future growth.
- Help prepare for product launches, holiday peaks, and promotional periods by using demand forecasts to coordinate with logistics teams and 3PL providers.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required; preferred areas include business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a similar environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
- Advanced Excel capability and strong analytical skills for working with data.
- Good organizational ability along with strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with outside partners.
- High attention to detail, along with proactive and thoughtful critical thinking.
- A process-driven mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
