This position sits within the Loss Prevention & Security function at a hotel in Lusail, Qatar. It is a full-time, non-management role focused on safeguarding guests, staff, and property while supporting a secure and orderly environment.
Key duties
The supervisor will conduct regular patrols throughout the property, support guests with room access, and oversee emergency drills, daily safety checks, investigations, interviews, and key-control audits. The role also includes monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, authorizing and recording access to secured areas, and reacting to incidents by contacting emergency medical services or providing first aid/CPR when needed. The supervisor must maintain a neat professional appearance and uniform, protect confidential company information and assets, support teammates with dignity and respect, contribute to team goals, and meet quality assurance standards.
Physical and communication requirements

The job may require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or an entire shift; moving quickly to respond to work situations; visually reviewing information and equipment; using computers or point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related data; handling objects of different sizes and weights with fine motor control and hand-eye coordination; bending, reaching overhead and below the knees, twisting, crawling, and moving through narrow, confined, elevated, sloped, uneven, or slippery spaces, as well as stairs and service ramps. The role also requires welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, speaking clearly and professionally, answering phones with proper etiquette, listening and responding to employee concerns, and staying alert to potentially problematic individuals on the premises. Other reasonable duties may be assigned by supervisors.
