Position Overview

Join our innovative client in Sindelfingen as a Quality & Service Operator managing highly automated, robotics and AI-powered kitchen systems in a canteen environment. This role offers a dynamic and well-compensated part-time opportunity ideal for students seeking to balance work and studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operator team managing automated kitchen systems.
  • Operate and monitor the advanced kitchen robotics system ensuring flawless function.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order according to HACCP standards.
  • Prepare, replenish, and handle ingredients and consumables efficiently.
  • Conduct routine functional and quality inspections.
  • Communicate important operational information to the technical support team.
  • Strictly adhere to all quality, safety, and site-specific regulations.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled at a university or technical college.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Preferably possess experience in kitchens or canteens.
  • Willingness to perform practical kitchen duties including cleaning, preparation, and routine tasks.
  • Basic technical aptitude.
  • Meticulous, organized, and dependable work habits.
  • Strong commitment to quality and responsibility.
  • Familiarity with HACCP principles and §43 Infection Protection Act (IfSG) training.
  • Proficient German language skills at B2 level or above, both spoken and written.
