Job description

Role overview

peopleworth is hiring a Student Enrolment Advisor to support prospective learners from first contact through to successful enrolment. The role is focused on helping candidates understand programme options, answering their questions clearly, and guiding them through the full application process. It combines consultative selling with a strong customer service approach, and suits someone who enjoys working with people and helping them progress in their careers.

What you'll do

  • Lead prospective students through each step of the application and enrolment journey
  • Connect with leads by phone, email, and video as part of a structured outreach plan
  • Manage the enrolment funnel in a CRM system, keeping it organised and optimised
  • Provide prompt, professional, and supportive communication to create a strong student experience
  • Work closely with internal teams so newly enrolled learners are handed over smoothly
  • Explain the benefits, format, and expected outcomes of the available programmes
  • Help achieve enrolment goals through steady outreach and consultative sales activity
  • Keep CRM records accurate and ensure data quality is maintained
  • Take part in training and development sessions to build product knowledge and sales capability
  • Promote student referrals as an additional driver of enrolment growth

What we're looking for

We need someone with at least three years of experience in a dedicated sales role, ideally within high-value consumer services or a similar environment. The right person will have a strong record of hitting and exceeding targets, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and hands-on experience using CRM tools. You should be comfortable handling several leads and priorities at once in a fast-paced, target-led setting, while staying customer-focused, resilient, persistent, and solution-oriented. This is a remote role, so you should also be able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Benefits

  • A collaborative culture that values people and performance
  • Room to develop in a fast-moving environment
  • Access to ongoing learning and role-specific training

Recruitment process

The hiring process is designed to be fair, transparent, and multi-step so both sides can assess fit. It starts with an application submission and screening, followed by a video interview with short responses to role-related questions. Shortlisted candidates then move into live interviews, which may include multiple rounds depending on the role. Final-stage checks include references and background verification. Successful candidates receive an offer and contract, then complete pre-boarding before joining the organisation.

Additional information

This opportunity sits within peopleworth's Employer Group, which works with a range of forward-thinking partners. The organisation focuses on creating an environment where both work and performance can thrive. Clear communication, respectful engagement, and timely feedback are valued throughout the process.

Terms and conditions

The role is full-time and remote based in Australia. No salary, stipend, start date, application deadline, or number of vacancies was provided in the source.
