About the role
Google Customer Solutions (GCS) works with small and medium-sized businesses and supports them as a trusted partner focused on customer success. In this role, you will help shape strategy and operations for the GTM team, using analysis and structured problem-solving to support growth, improve execution, and guide decision-making.

What you will do
- Carry out business analysis and build advanced models to generate actionable insights.
- Help design strategies that address complex business problems and the priorities of stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Support the preparation of presentations, summaries, and key messages for leadership and wider teams.
- Work with teammates to define plans and roadmaps, then align cross-functional partners to deliver change initiatives successfully.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
- Hands-on experience using financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, or similar tools to solve problems, influence leadership, track outcomes, and refine recommendations.
- Ability to create engaging reports and presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Experience delivering priority initiatives, improving processes, and supporting change management.
- Track record of working across teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority to improve operational performance.
- Understanding of enterprise customers, cloud products, and the broader market landscape.
